Erin is one of our Mortgage Brokers, and a valued member of our team.Since joining us in 2023, she has worked closely behind the scenes to ensure each mortgage is handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail, helping clients move forward with confidence.
Outside the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her children, hiking, and reading. She brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every file, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and at ease throughout their mortgage journey.
Monique Poole
Mortgage Broker
Monique is one our Mortgage Brokers and has been with our team since 2019. She is highly skilled at building strong lender relationships and thoughtfully aligning mortgage products with each client’s unique financial situation. Her depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and steady approach make her an essential part of our team.
Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children and has a deep love for travelling and exploring new places together as a family. Whether planning their next adventure or cheering on her oldest son from the sidelines at his soccer games, family is at the heart of how she spends her time away from the office.
Azra Begum
Licensed Mortgage Assistant
Azra joined our team in 2022 as a Licensed Mortgage Assistant and plays an integral role in supporting the mortgage process from pre-approval through to completion. Working closely with the team behind the scenes, she helps ensure each file is carefully prepared and progresses smoothly through the various stages of the mortgage process. After obtaining her mortgage broker license in 2023,
Azra expanded her industry knowledge and continues to support the team with deal management and underwriting coordination. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency help create a seamless experience for both clients and partners. Outside of work, Azra enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new experiences.
Dakota Bartell
Office Manager
Dakota joined our team in 2021 and quickly became an integral part of our operations. She plays a key role in project management, mortgage servicing, and creative planning, bringing focus and follow-through to everything she takes on. Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, Dakota helps ensure that every detail is handled with care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, a good cup of coffee, and unwinding with a great series.

As an independent brokerage, we have access to a wide variety of different lenders and options. Since they each have their own qualifying criteria, we will gather as much as possible up front to ensure we have as many options as can be available for you. We typically use the numbers directly from your documents, which is why it’s so important to have them all, up front.
